August Message from Pastor Thompson |

Many experts say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But many of us are so rushed and busy trying to get out the door, that “a well-balanced breakfast” is a nutritional afterthought. “Just make it quick and easy!”
Even if you don’t care about the proven scientific nutrition and energy value of breakfast, it just makes good sense that after several hours of resting without food intake, you need something to get you going for the day. Breakfast “breaks your fast” and should be the largest best meal of the day because you can live off the energy all day long.
This month our church body is fasting and praying in preparation for the Brazos Valley Outpouring meetings in September. I believe those services will be our time of feasting as we “break our fasting” and
“...eat what is good,
and [our] soul [s] will delight in the richest of fare.”
Is. 55:2, NIV
Join me in days of fasting for days of feasting,

| College Heights is located in the Heart of the Brazos Valley. We are located on the border between Bryan and College Station just North of the Texas A&M campus. From Campus take Wellborn Road north to Old College Road. On Old College Road take a right. The College Heights is located on the left between Wellborn Road and College Avenue. |
